"Couldn’t Resist Popping In"
I was in London and sort of on impulse decided to pop into The Whisky Exchange, i’m glad I did. It turned into a really nice little stop rather than just a quick browse.
The staff were friendly without hovering, which I really appreciated. I needed a gift and they helped me find something within my budget, explaining the choices in a way that actually made sense instead of making me feel out of my depth.
The shop was neat, easy to look around, and had a good atmosphere. I ended up grabbing a bottle there and would definitely go back next time I’m nearby.

"Good whisky selection, but the site was frustrating"
They’ve got a solid choice of whisky, which is what kept me browsing, but the website itself made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. The filters kept resetting, pages loaded slowly on my phone, and checkout felt clunkier than expected. I also had that left-in-the-dark feeling at times, like I wasn’t totally sure if things were updating or going through properly. Not a terrible experience, just a frustrating one.

"Easy order when I needed it"
I’d been trying to track down this bottle for a while and finally ordered it from The Whisky Exchange. i was feeling mentally drained that week, so it was nice that everything just went smoothly. It arrived quicker than I expected, was packed really well, and there were no problems at all. The price seemed fair too compared with a few other places I checked. It was my first time ordering from them, but I’d definitely use them again.

"Smooth updates, but I’m still expecting an apology"
I’ll give them credit, the emails and delivery updates were clear, and I didn’t have to chase anyone. Ordering was easy and I always knew what was going on. That said, I’m still expecting a proper apology for the hassle, because good updates don’t completely make up for it...

"Easy age check, worth it if the price stays fair"
The age verification was quick and painless. I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops, which I appreciated. As long as the overall cost stays reasonable, I’d be happy to use it again.

"Finally got the limited bottle I wanted"
I was able to grab a limited release I’d been trying to get for a while, so that was a nice surprise. The site was straightforward and checkout didn’t give me any trouble. The bottle showed up on time and was packed really well. I’ll admit I was a little unsure what to expect quality-wise, since limited stuff can be hit or miss, but everything looked good when it arrived. Overall, no real complaints.

"Thought it was going to be a hassle, but nope"
I accidentally ordered the wrong bottle and thought, great, here we go, this is going to be annoying. But actually, The Whisky Exchange were really quick to reply and gave me super clear instructions on how to send it back. I returned it and had my refund a few days later without having to chase anyone. Went from frustrated to impressed, to be honest. Really easy and fair process, I’d happily use them again

I ordered a bottle and it showed up way quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was really solid too, no issues at all. It was my first time using thewhiskyexchange the delivery speed was spot on. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Sealed bottle, no complaints"
I ordered this whisky and wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. I think it showed up a day earlier than I thought, or maybe I just mixed up the delivery date, but either way it arrived fine. The bottle was properly sealed, the box and labels looked right, and the taste matched what I was expecting. Everything seemed legit to me, no issues.

"Nice perks, but the promos can be a bit vague"
I’ve used The Whisky Exchange a few times now, and the loyalty points are a nice little extra. Their promos can be good too, especially if you’re picking up something more expensive. Maybe it’s just me, but some of the offers feel like they don’t fully show themselves until you’re at checkout, so I usually end up double-checking everything before paying. Still, I’ve been happy overall and I’ll probably keep ordering from them.

I had a really easy time paying on the site. The checkout was simple, my card went through on the first try, and the order confirmation email came through straight away. My last order went out quickly, the tracking was easy to follow, and the bottle arrived exactly when expected. The packaging felt solid too, with no damage or worrying signs of leaks.
For me, that’s pretty much all I’m looking for when ordering online: a smooth, reliable delivery with no fuss. I’d happily use them again.
